Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC), has announced that it has rescheduled the dates for GITEX and GITEX Future Stars for December 2020. According to a press note sent by the organizers, GITEX will now be held from December 6 – 10, 2020, while GITEX Future Stars will be held from December 6 – 9, 2020.

“We have received many requests from our clients to push back GITEX from the current 27 September – 1 October date to a later month to allow for more preparation time given the unexpected interruptions along the way,” said the organizer. “Interest has been very encouraging from the business community to come together at the end of the year to renew business connections and be the first back in the market to discover the newfound opportunities that have since emerged.”

The organizers have also said that it continues to monitor the wider situation and putting in place robust health and safety measures and protocols as guided by the health authorities. “We deeply appreciate our global fraternity’s patience and continued support during this time. As we progress in the next weeks, we shall update on the event on-site management plan including contractors, participants, and visitor considerations,” the organizer said.
