The announcement was made during the inaugural Ai Everything Global Summit, held at the St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi, which brought together AI and tech leaders from around the world. The 2026 event will be hosted at the ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, a world-class venue renowned for hosting major international gatherings, in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT). This collaboration aims to position Abu Dhabi as a global nexus for AI dialogue, investment, and innovation.

The UAE’s AI ambitions are driven by the Abu Dhabi Government Digital Strategy 2025-2027, which seeks to transform the emirate into a fully AI-powered government within the next two years. Already recognized as a leading global hub for AI talent—second only to the United States—the UAE is leveraging its strategic investments and partnerships to accelerate AI adoption across industries and government sectors.

The Ai Everything Global Summit, an extension of GITEX GLOBAL, the world’s largest tech and startup show, will serve as a platform for fostering cross-industry collaboration, advancing AI frameworks, and showcasing cutting-edge technologies. The inaugural 2026 event is expected to attract influential leaders from both the public and private sectors, further solidifying Abu Dhabi’s role in shaping the future of AI-driven economies.

His Excellency Faisal Al Bannai, Adviser to the UAE President & Secretary General of the Advanced Technology Research Council (ATRC), said, “In Abu Dhabi and the UAE, our commitment to AI innovation, advanced technologies, and R&D underpins a dynamic ecosystem that empowers talent and drives strategic progress. Today, we are proud to support Ai Everything Global in Abu Dhabi – an annual gathering that brings influential AI shapers and innovators to our capital to challenge conventions and explore synergies in the safe development and deployment of AI, strengthening the UAE’s role as an architect of future intelligence-driven economies.”

Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of ADNEC Group, said, “Bringing Ai Everything Global to Abu Dhabi is a testament to ADNEC Group’s commitment to positioning the capital as a global hub for technological innovation and artificial intelligence. This event aligns with our vision to foster cutting-edge advancements, attract world-class expertise and drive meaningful dialogue on the future of AI. By hosting Ai Everything Global, we are creating a platform that empowers industries, governments and innovators to harness AI’s transformative potential, reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s leadership in shaping the future of technology and digital economies.”

Building on the UAE’s already robust digital infrastructure fabric, Ai Everything Global ramps up its transition towards a human-centred AI knowledge economy.”

The first edition of the Ai Everything Global Summit opened to a full-house audience, with delegates from over 149 countries in attendance. The 2026 event will build on this momentum, bringing together 200+ speakers, 500+ global tech enterprises, and award-winning startups from over 70 countries. Participants will include industry giants such as ASUS, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Dell, e&, Fortinet, G42, HP, IBM, Intel, Lenovo, Nokia, Oracle, Palo Alto Networks, Red Hat, Technology Innovation Institute (TII), and Zoom.

The summit will also feature over 500 Chief AI Officers (CAIOs) and tech executives, alongside 150 global investors managing over $70 billion in assets. These stakeholders will explore the transformative potential of AI across industries, from healthcare and finance to transportation and education, while addressing the challenges and opportunities of AI adoption on a global scale.

In Dubai, a groundbreaking public-sector initiative has seen the appointment of several Chief AI Officers across government entities, ensuring AI integration remains at the forefront of policymaking and public service innovation. The UAE is also investing in talent development through initiatives like One Million Arab Coders, which aims to equip the next generation with essential AI and coding skills, future-proofing the region’s workforce.

With AI projected to contribute $100 billion to the UAE’s national GDP by 2030, the Ai Everything Global Summit 2026 will play a pivotal role in accelerating new tech infrastructure projects and sector-wide AI applications. The event aligns with the UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031 and the Abu Dhabi Government Digital Strategy 2025-2027, reaffirming the country’s commitment to shaping AI-driven economies.
