Avaya has strengthened and extended its reach and presence in the Saudi market through a strategic partnership with Baud Telecom Company (also known as BTC Networks), one of the largest providers of integrated communications solutions in the Middle East with several branches in Saudi Arabia. “This strategic partnership will expand the reach of our products, solutions, and services in Saudi Arabia through utilizing on the expertise of BTC, which, for more than three decades, has been instrumental in the development of local and regional information and communication technology,” Zouheir Diab, Managing Director – Saudi Arabia, Avaya, stated.

“BTC is recognized for its ability to introduce and integrate the latest global communication advancements made available. It has also succeeded in providing the largest data transmission network in the Kingdom,” added Diab. Furthermore, Diab stressed the importance of the new partnership which will contribute to creating new opportunities for the Saudi information and communications market which is witnessing growth at the regional and international levels. “The two companies have developed a joint strategy for the local market that will benefit them and their customers,” Diab explained.

Eng. Rashed Khalifa, BTC Regional Manager for the Central and Eastern Regions, stated that “The relationship between Avaya and BTC began decades ago.” He further added, “Our company was the first strategic partner for Avaya in the Kingdom when it first entered the Saudi market. The relationship between the two companies will only strengthen and deepen with the signing of the new partnership agreement.”

Eng. Rashed Khalifa also said that BTC, due to its leadership in providing the latest telecommunication technology solutions, has proven its position in the field of telecommunication technology by its ability to meet the market needs with its innovative services.
