Kodak Alaris Announces New Global Business Solutions Team

Kodak Alaris has recently unveiled its dedicated Business Solutions organization, accompanied by a series of strategic appointments, aimed at empowering customers across industries to unlock enhanced business value rapidly and at scale. The company’s focus centers on accelerating growth within its intelligent document processing (IDP) offerings, which include the Kodak Info Input Solution, INfuse Smart Connected Scanning Solution, and related professional services.

In today’s digital transformation era, effective information capture is crucial. To meet the challenges posed by vast and complex data, organizations need an integrated approach that not only captures information but also intelligently processes, stores, and shares it. Kodak Alaris’ intelligent document processing solutions leverage decades of imaging science expertise, combined with artificial intelligence and advanced process automation, to deliver exceptional image capture, data extraction, validation, and intelligent workflow automation – ultimately enabling transformative business outcomes.

The seasoned team of IDP experts within the new Business Solutions organization will leverage their expertise and heritage to fulfil Kodak Alaris’ growth vision. The redefined go-to-market strategy will encompass pre-sales, sales, business development, professional services, marketing, and product management, all aimed at providing partners and customers with rapid and compelling business outcomes.

Heading the global Business Solutions organization is Jim Forger, promoted to VP Business Solutions, reporting directly to Don Lofstrom, President, and General Manager at Kodak Alaris. Forger is a software industry expert with over a decade of experience managing the global commercialization of capture software and solutions for Kodak Alaris. His role will be crucial in advancing and accelerating the company’s growth trajectory in the global IDP market, projected to reach USD 5.6 billion by 2028.

Other key appointments include Bodo Wagener as Global Solutions Sales Leader, bringing 20 years of intelligent document processing industry experience to the table, and Brent Wesler, a veteran with more than two decades of expertise in automated capture and IDP, now serving as a Global Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer. Additionally, Cindy Collins joins as Global Delivery Manager, tasked with enhancing the company’s delivery processes and Professional Services capabilities worldwide. Finally, Jeff Munn takes the helm as Global Solutions Marketing & Market Development Manager, leveraging his experience as a former Product Marketing Manager for ECM vendor M-Files.
