Mouteih Chaghlil, the CEO of Middle East & Africa, Bespin Global, an e& enterprise company, says the exponential growth of cloud adoption in the GCC has led us to expand his company’s operations in Qatar

How did the industry and your company fare in 2024, and what were the key highlights?
2024 was a pivotal year for the cloud industry, marked by a rapid shift toward AI-driven solutions. This trend spurred even greater adoption of cloud technologies, with many businesses prioritizing multi-cloud strategies and automation to enhance their agility and resilience. At Bespin Global MEA, we led the way in helping organizations adopt these advanced technologies while ensuring they had the right foundational layer, and the necessary security and compliance frameworks to thrive.

One of our standout achievements was cementing our leadership in the Managed Services field, where we’ve been certified and acknowledged as the sole pure-play MSP player in the region. Additionally, we significantly expanded our presence in the KSA region, empowering organizations across key sectors such as government, finance, and retail.

What opportunities do you foresee for 2025, and how do you plan to leverage them?
2025 brings vast opportunities in AI-driven cloud services, edge computing, and sovereign cloud solutions tailored to meet the specific regulatory requirements of the GCC region. Businesses are seeking smarter, more efficient IT ecosystems that comply with local data sovereignty laws. Bespin Global MEA is uniquely equipped to address these needs by deepening partnerships, investing in cutting-edge technologies, and delivering customized solutions aligned with regional compliance priorities. Beyond delivering services, we aim to drive innovation in collaboration with our clients, ensuring their data remains secure and compliant within the sovereign cloud framework.

What major challenges did you encounter in 2024, and how did you address them?
One of our greatest challenges this year was guiding our clients through the AI revolution and helping them understand how and when to adopt these technologies. Many organizations were eager to embrace AI but needed clarity on its practical applications and alignment with their specific business goals. Through tailored training and strategic advisory services, our teams helped clients cut through the AI hype, offering clear, actionable guidance that empowered them to leverage AI effectively and confidently.

Which emerging technologies do you believe will be in high demand in 2025, and why?
Cloud computing will continue to serve as the backbone of digital transformation in 2025, moving beyond scalability and cost-efficiency to become the enabler of digital-first strategies for both governments and private enterprises. The emphasis will be on solutions that meet local regulatory requirements while adhering to global standards. AI and automation will also take center stage, with businesses increasingly applying these technologies in practical, transformative ways.

Predictive analytics, real-time customer engagement, and operational efficiency will drive their adoption. Additionally, the demand for seamless omnichannel customer experiences is growing rapidly. Businesses must ensure consistent, interconnected journeys across touchpoints, including mobile apps, web platforms, and physical interactions, to meet modern consumer expectations.

What will be your primary focus areas and strategic priorities for 2025?
Our primary focus will be strengthening our position as a trusted cloud advisor, helping clients overcome complexities with tailored, innovative solutions. We will emphasize three key pillars:

  1. Innovation – Investing in MSP AI, edge computing, and industry-specific offerings to maintain our competitive edge.
  2. Partnerships – Expanding collaborations with partners to leverage our unmatched portfolio of certifications and specializations.
  3. Talent – Building a future-ready workforce through upskilling initiatives to ensure excellence in every client engagement.

Are there plans to explore new markets or introduce new products/applications to your portfolio in 2025?
Yes, the exponential growth of cloud adoption in the GCC has led us to expand our operations in Qatar, where we see tremendous opportunities for organizations to leverage cloud technologies. We will also prioritize sovereign cloud offerings for highly regulated industries, providing them with the ability to harness cloud capabilities within a secure and compliant framework. On the product side, we will focus heavily on our AI MSP solutions. This offering will play a critical role in helping our clients automate operations and unlock the full potential of AI within their businesses.
